Consistently among the worst service I've ever received in an asian restaurant. They have no sense of making their customers happy; I had to argue with my waiter for 10 minutes that I wanted to just SPEAK with the manager. I kept being told he was "busy" upstairs until finally refusing to pay until I saw him. The manager came down in a second and clearly proved they do not value individual customers whatsoever. Their food was full of MSG (my colleague started twitching afterwards), is very mediocre and bland. Their service is slow and arrogant. Go to Soba down the street, much better value and MUCH better service.
