Upon closer inspection, however, the hand-chosen locally grown Quebecois products and produce, that benefit our region’s farmers and distributors, make eating at Cafeo a little more intimate and worthwhile. And although salads have a reputation as starter items, at Cafeo these leafy treats are big, healthy and heavy enough to constitute a meal.
